Some simple steps to help make your party at Yorktown Lanes fun for everyone:
Important Info:
Parties are for Children Only. Adults may participate at regular rates, space permitting.
A room is NOT guaranteed. Parties may be in the lounge, nursery, banquet room, or on the concourse, depending on availability.
For parties with cheese pizza, additional pizzas may be purchased from the snack bar @ regular price ($8.99 each, for a 16", 8- piece pizza).
Additional soft drinks may be purchased as well from the snack bar, by the pitcher, for your convenience ($4/pitcher).
On the day of your party:
Arrive 10 minutes early for your party to check in at the front desk for your lane and table assignments.
Have the children get their shoes at the desk and change them on the concourse behind your assigned lanes.
After changing their shoes, the children should pick out their bowling balls and report to their lane. There are limited amounts of lightweight balls, so please share.
There should be no more than 4 bowlers per lane.
Only one bowler on the approach at a time, and for safety's sake, please stay behind the foul line!
If a ball gets stuck on the lane, call the front desk for assistance.
Please ensure that all food & beverage stays out of the bowler's area. Report all spills immediately to the front desk.
Party members should bowl their 2 games first, turn in their shoes and put their bowling balls back on the racks before proceeding to the party area.
When bowlers are in the 8th frame of their 2nd game, alert the snack bar attendant that you will need your refreshments in approximately 10 minutes.
If you need anything else, let the front desk personnel know.
